Short listed candidature list is forwarded to the specific client for approval. Approved candidates further undergo screening and other tests. If a candidate qualifies all the recruitment stages, he is provided with offer letter for the position and a job is assigned to him.

Calling is our next step where we talk to the candidate to know there interest for relocation, expected pay packages and to update the candidate about the present opportunity. At this level we act as an ambassador on behalf of the employer company.
Short listing of suitable candidates-our next step is to shortlist the candidate after talking to him/her based on the feedback received from SCREENING and CALLING.
After short listing the candidates resumes are forwarded to the employer for affirmation. After affirmation interviews are arranged, if the candidate qualifies all the stages of recruitment process, he/she is provided with job offer letter.
